Why Blood Testing Matters for Peptide Research
Blood work is the foundation of responsible peptide research. Baseline labs establish where your body starts before any protocol, and follow-up panels reveal whether a peptide is producing its intended effect — shifts in IGF-1, fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipids, liver enzymes (ALT/AST), kidney markers (creatinine/eGFR), and inflammatory markers (hs-CRP). Regular testing helps you confirm efficacy, catch emerging imbalances early, and adjust or pause a protocol before small changes become problems. Without labs, you're guessing; with them, you can research safely and track real outcomes over time.
