These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peptide Research Club mobile application and website located at thepeptideresearchclub.com (the "Service"), operated by The Peptide Research Club ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service provides educational and informational content only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of any kind. Nothing on the Service is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Peptides and related compounds referenced on the Service are described for educational and research purposes only. We do not promote, endorse, or facilitate the use of any investigational compound for human consumption. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning, changing, or stopping any wellness protocol.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information current.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including dosing logs, wellness entries, progress photos, community posts, and suggestions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

The Service offers paid membership tiers. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By purchasing a membership, you agree to the applicable fees and recurring billing terms associated with your selected plan.

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.

If you participate in the Brand Ambassador program, you agree to comply with the program guidelines. Referral commissions and store credits are calculated based on the terms in effect at the time of each qualifying referral. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with the security or operation of the Service; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without our permission; or (e) use the Service to advertise or sell products without our authorization.

The Service, including its content, features, and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information or content on the Service is accurate, complete, or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
